Mauricio Jimenez (MJ) has a successful track record leading large business transformation programs, including enterprise system replacements, business and technology insourcing, health plan start-up/stand-up, and post-merger integration.  Over 25 years of experience in information technology, 15 for payer organization.  MJ is a leader in information technology strategic planning, needs analysis, program/project management and governance, system selections and procurements, implementations, applications portfolios, system integration, data analytics, and enterprise architecture to name a few.

MJ is currently a Director at Optum Advisory, OptumInsights. MJ is also the practice lead for Payer Analytics and Insights.  MJ is a Founding Board Member the non-profit National Voices for Equality Education and Enlightenment (NVEEE)

Tiffany Cheang

Tiffany Cheang has over 25 years of experience in healthcare analytics in both the health plan and provider management sectors. She currently serves as the Chief Analytics Officer at Alameda Alliance for Health and is responsible for company-wide reporting and analytics to ensure data driven decision making across the organization. Under her leadership, the Performance & Analytics team is accountable for healthcare analytics, quality analytics, pay for performance programs, business ownership of the data warehouse, regulatory reporting and HEDIS data efforts.

Prior to joining Alameda Alliance, Tiffany served as Director, Business Intelligence at Health Net where she built and led the reporting and analytics team for their behavioral health division (MHN). At Blue Shield of California, she held the role of Director of Product and Marketing Analytics for the Commercial Business Unit. As Director of Decision Support Services at North American Medical Management, Tiffany oversaw all analytical needs of the company.

Tiffany received her Bachelor of Arts in Economics from University of California, San Diego and holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree from California State University, San Diego.

Rachel Spilo

As Founder and CEO of Catalyst Solutions, Rachel manages the strategic vision as well as day to day operations of Catalyst, making sure that Catalyst’s standards of quality are not only met but exceeded. In the past 20 years, Catalyst has grown from a local Colorado consulting firm to a large-scale national player in the payer marketplace. Rachel personally ensures that the company and its employees adhere to the core values of Catalyst set forth years ago and that the company maintains its original integrity.

Rachel has won numerous awards including Young Entrepreneur of the Year by the Small Business Administration, as well as yearly recognition from INC Magazine and Colorado Business Magazine.

A native of Southern Missouri, Rachel currently resides in Denver, Colorado working out of the Catalyst headquarters. In her spare time, she enjoys boating, adventure travel, and spending time with her husband and three boys.

Van Wong, MHA

 
 

Van Wong serves as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Central California Alliance for Health. Throughout her career, Van has provided guidance and leadership to numerous health organizations in process improvement, business application development and systems implementation. Prior to joining the Alliance, Van served as the Director of Business Systems Integration at San Francisco Health Plan for more than nine years. Additionally, Van held management roles at Dignity Health and L.A. Care Health Plan. Van received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Berkeley and a Master of Health Administration from the University of Southern California. She holds a designation of Certified Healthcare Insurance Executive (CHIE) as recognized by America’s Health Insurance Plans (AHIP). Van is a strong advocate for female leadership and growth in the healthcare IT realm.
