Tara Watley

Tara Watley, a Colorado native and member of the YPO Key Associates Forum, has been a cornerstone of Catalyst Solutions   since 2008. Serving as Senior Vice President of Business   Solutions, Tara brings over 17 years of industry-specific experience in the health plan payer space. Her leadership journey at Catalyst has seen her excel in various roles, including operations, finance, and procurement, and she now holds a dynamic, blended role overseeing both sales and procurement. This breadth of experience gives Tara a uniquely comprehensive perspective, allowing her to drive seamless, client-focused operations and uphold Catalyst’s unwavering commitment to quality. Tara’s influence goes beyond her operational expertise; she has been instrumental in shaping Catalyst’s culture of growth and adaptability. MJ - Mauricio Jimenez- is a senior healthcare technology executive with nearly three decades of experience driving strategic innovation, digital transformation, and operational excellence across the healthcare payer landscape. Currently serving as Deputy Chief Executive Officer at MetroPlusHealth in New York City, MJ brings deep expertise in aligning technology with mission-driven healthcare delivery to improve outcomes and operational performance.

 Over the past two decades, MJ is lead large-scale Claims Administrative Platform (CAP) implementations and enterprise-wide transformation programs for plans across the country.

A published thought leader and speaker, MJ has authored whitepapers and delivered webinars on CAP modernization, IT strategy, and digital innovation in healthcare. MJ is deeply passionate about advancing equitable, data-driven healthcare and is committed to fostering cross-functional collaboration and inclusive leadership to drive business value and improve population health.

Beyond executive leadership, MJ is actively engaged in nonprofit and professional communities. MJ serves on the boards of Women in Healthcare Information Technology (WHIT) in California; the Coalition to End Homelessness in Broward County, Florida; the South Florida Chapter of HIMSS, and was a founding board member of National Voices for Equality, Education, and Enlightenment (NVEEE) in Miami, Florida.

MJ holds a Master of Science in Computer Information Systems with a specialization in IT Project Management from Boston University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Information Systems from the University of Miami.

Tiffany Cheang

Tiffany Cheang has over 25 years of experience in healthcare analytics in both the health plan and provider management sectors. She currently serves as the Chief Analytics Officer at Alameda Alliance for Health and is responsible for company-wide reporting and analytics to ensure data driven decision making across the organization. Under her leadership, the Performance & Analytics team is accountable for healthcare analytics, quality analytics, pay for performance programs, business ownership of the data warehouse, regulatory reporting and HEDIS data efforts.

Prior to joining Alameda Alliance, Tiffany served as Director, Business Intelligence at Health Net where she built and led the reporting and analytics team for their behavioral health division (MHN). At Blue Shield of California, she held the role of Director of Product and Marketing Analytics for the Commercial Business Unit. As Director of Decision Support Services at North American Medical Management, Tiffany oversaw all analytical needs of the company.

Tiffany received her Bachelor of Arts in Economics from University of California, San Diego and holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree from California State University, San Diego.

Angela Rivera, FHIMSS

 
 

Angela Rivera is a Partner at The Chartis Group, ranked Best in KLAS five years in a row for Healthcare Management Consulting, where she serves as Senior Partner in the Digital Transformation & Technology line of business and co-leader of Chartis’ Cybersecurity practice.  With over 25 years of healthcare and technology experience, Ms. Rivera brings deep knowledge and experience leading impactful clinical, financial, and operational improvement initiatives enabled through information technology and process redesign. Since joining Chartis, she has led many complex IT initiatives, including many related to data & analytics, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.  She serves as a thought leader for the firm where she has developed new solutions, published education pieces, served as a moderator at conferences, and has contributed as an industry expert to several healthcare publications. 

Prior to joining The Chartis Group, Ms. Rivera served as Executive Vice President, Operations at CynergisTek, Inc., an information security, privacy and compliance consulting firm offering solutions that measure privacy and security programs against regulatory requirements and assists in developing risk management best practices. Prior to CynergisTek, Ms. Rivera spent 17 years at Computer Task Group, Inc., an international IT consulting firm where she served in several roles, most recently as Vice President of its Healthcare and Life Sciences division.

Ms. Rivera has a passion for service and has served on various boards and in other volunteer roles.  She serves as a board member of the Association of Executives in Healthcare Information Security (AEHIS), holds a Fellow Status with Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) and was the President of the Southern California HIMSS Chapter.  She has served as Board Member and Annual Conference Chair for the San Diego Chapter of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) where she still provides Information Technology training for the Board of Governors Exam workshops.  She has been an advocate for the advancement of women in technology for many years and currently serves on the Board of Directors as Past President for Women in Healthcare Information Technology (WHIT) and was named “Women in Healthcare IT to Know” by Becker’s Hospital Review in 2018 and 2019.   She also proudly volunteers outside of the healthcare technology industry as a Guardian Scholar Mentor supporting foster youth to achieve their educational and career goals.

 Ms. Rivera received her MBA from Louisiana State University, Shreveport, a Bachelor of Arts from University of California, San Diego and is a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).
